The application was submitted by Oxbow <br />Mining, LLC on March 19, 2018 for the Elk Creek Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.08.5(3)(b) of <br />the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we are <br />providing notice of this proposed decision. <br /> <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br />a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication <br />of the public notice by the Division in the Delta County Independent. <br /> <br />The underground mine is located approximately 0 miles North of Somerset, Colorado.
