The initial point of survey is at <br /> a point whence AP 8 of Bureau of Land Manage- <br /> ment Exchange Survey No. 375 in the Arapahoe ' <br /> National Forest in unsurveyed Township 2 S., <br /> Range 78 and 79 West of the 6th P.M., located in <br /> Section 8, Township 2 South, Range 78 West of the <br /> 6th P.M., bears North 81°37'30" West a distance <br /> of 3,543 feet. The maximum height of the dam <br /> is 100 feet and the length of the dam will be <br /> 905 feet; the reservoir capacity will be 80 <br /> acre feet below the bottom of outlet tube and 1900 • <br /> acre feet above the bottom of outlet tube. <br /> The water impounded in the Lost Creek Reservoir <br /> will be delivered into the Henderson Mine Water <br /> System by release from the reservoir into Lost <br /> Creek, and interception and. delivery through 3 <br /> Henderson Mine Water System Intake 5, and the • <br /> water impounded in Lost Creek Reservoir will <br /> also be used for the irrigation of lands belonging <br /> to claimant below said reservoir. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the <br /> water to be diverted through intakes 1 to 5 inclusive and stored <br /> in the Lost Creek River Reservoir, the Ute Creek Reservoir and <br /> the East Branch Reservoir in this Change of Water Right proceeding <br /> - 9 - <br /> 1 <br />
