The <br /> inspection was conducted aerially by Harry Ranney. The images were analyzed and the report <br /> prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Skies appeared cloudy. The site was beginning to <br /> accumulate snow. The established vegetation has gone dormant for the winter and appears gold <br /> colored against the snow. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> Phase II and III bond release request is under analysis at DRMS. <br /> INSPECTION: <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is for the most part complete and executed as permitted. With the exception of some structure pads <br /> everything has been demolished. One lone cow appeared in the immagery. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and(6) 4.03.2(5) and(6). <br /> o Roads in and around the facilities were snow covered and appeared in good repair and <br /> functioning adequately. <br /> o No rutted areas, or standing water or ice were noted in the imagery. <br /> o No activity is going on at the site. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE-Rule 4.05 <br /> General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland <br /> Flow 4.05.3;Diversions 4.05.4; Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures <br /> 4.05.7;Impoundments 4.05.9; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Underground Mine Entry 4.05.10; <br /> Surface and Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13;Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> o Reconstructed drainages appeared to be functioning adequately. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
