Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was an aerial inspection of the Seneca II W Mine, C1982057,operated by Seneca Property LLC. The <br /> inspection was conducted aerially by Harry Raney and the images analyzed and the report prepared by me,Robin <br /> Reilley of the DRMS. No mine representative was present as this was an aerial inspection. Snow was beginning <br /> to accumulate throughout the site,the gold color of the dormant vegetation was still visible. Main haul roads, <br /> although snow covered appeared in good repair,no hydrologic or air quality issues were detected. The weather <br /> appeared overcast. <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> Phase II and III bond release received by DRMS 29 October 2019. <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation appears to be in good condition. Vegetation was dormant at the time of inspection,drainages and <br /> contour ditches appeared stable as did steep, slide prone areas. Reclamation activities, for the most part,have been <br /> completed at the site. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5)and(6) <br /> 4.03.2(5)and(6). <br /> o Roads in and around the site appeared in good condition. <br /> o No fugitive dust was noted. <br /> o No rutted areas or iced areas where standing water had frozen were noted in the imagery. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE-Rule 4.05 <br /> General Requirements 4.05.1; Effluent Standards 4.05.2; Divergence and Conveyance of Overland Flow 4.05.3; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Sediment Control Measures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7; Impoundments <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
