Southern Regulatory Office <br /> 200 South Santa Fe Ave, Ste. 301 <br /> Pueblo, CO 81003 <br /> RE: Crystal Falls#1, File No. M-2019-045 <br /> Please be advised that on December 9, 2019, James Thomas, whose address and telephone <br /> number are 3506 Mesa Grande Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80918; (719) 344-1370, filed an <br /> application to conduct a(n) Surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 20, <br /> Township 14S, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in El Paso County. Please be advised that the <br /> permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected lands will <br /> be reclaimed to support a Forestry post-mining land use.
