<br /> CC&V has entered into the following legal agreements, granting CC&V certain rights to enter

<br /> 1. Mining Land Lease effective June 18, 1987 by and between The Sheriff Claim,
<br /> LLC, successor in interest of and to Clyde Eaton Smith, and Cripple Creek&Victor
<br /> Gold Mining Company, a Short Form of which was recorded July 2, 1987 at
<br /> Reception No. 355656.
<br /> 2. Unrecorded Lease dated June 14, 2004, as assigned on September 28, 2006, by
<br /> and between The Merle A. Siiro Revocable Trust, dated February 7, 2013,
<br /> successor in interest of and to The Mary E. Siiro Revocable Trust-2005, dated
<br /> March 14, 2005, and Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company.
<br /> 3. Unrecorded Amended and Restated Lease Agreement dated March 15, 2002 by
<br /> and between Cherry M. Lawrence, as Trustee of the Cherry M. Lawrence
<br /> Revocable Trust, dated October 3, 1983, and as partial successor in interest
<br /> thereto, Caroline M. Black Blydenburgh and Leslie Black Tawfik, and Cripple Creek
<br /> & Victor Gold Mining Company.
<br /> 4. A Surface Lease Agreement by and between Bear Creek Development
<br /> Corporation and Cripple Creek&Victor Gold Mining Company, dated May 1, 1998,
<br /> a Memorandum of which is recorded as Reception No. 477509.
<br /> 5. State of Colorado General Mining Lease No. GM 3149, dated August 8, 1990 as
<br /> recorded at Reception No. 684555, as assigned July 31, 1991 at Reception No.
<br /> 684557, and as extended October 6t, 2010 at Reception No. 684570.
<br /> 6. State of Colorado General Mining Lease No. GM 3150, dated August 8, 1990, as
<br /> recorded at Reception No. 684556, as assigned July 31, 1991 at Reception No.
<br /> 684558, and as extended October 6, 2010 at Reception No. 684569.
<br /> 7. A Mining Lease and Option to Purchase dated May 8, 2002 by and between
<br /> Humphries Corporation and Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company, a
<br /> Memorandum of which is recorded as Reception No. 535831.
<br /> 8. Amended and Restated Mining Lease dated July 24, 2016 by and between Karen
<br /> M. Blanchard and Kathleen M. Buthray as successor trustees under that certain
<br /> Trust created October 20, 1975, as amended, and Cripple Creek & Victor Gold
<br /> Mining Company, a Short Form of which is recorded as Reception No. 694892.
