Please be advised that on December 3,2019, Robert and Lauren Berry,whose address and telephone number
are 3871 Black Feather Trail, Castle Rock, CO 80104; [phone], filed an application to conduct a
Surface mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 35,Township 15S,Range 76W, 06th Principle
Meridian, in Park County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range.Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a Pastureland post-mining land use.The
application decision date is scheduled for January 3,2020.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Park County Clerk&Recorder's office and at the office
of the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety.
