Please be advised that on November 25, 2019, Colorado Calumet Co., Inc.,whose address and telephone
number are PO Box 1169,Golden, CO 80402; [phone],filed an application for a Permit Conversion
(CN-01)to M-2017-003,Detroit City Mine,which is located approximately 3.5 miles northwest of Alma,
CO, Section 33,Township 8S,Range 78W, 06th Principle Meridian,in Park County.Please be advised that
the permit area may be located in more than one Section,Township,and Range.Affected lands will be
reclaimed to support a rangeland post-mining land use.The application decision date is scheduled for
December 26,2019
A copy of the conversion application is available for review at the Park County Clerk&Recorder's office
and at the office of the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety.
