The <br /> Bureau of Land Management BLM was notified of the S L-19 field inspection by letter dated August 9, <br /> 2017. OSMRE and BUNT participated in the inspection which was held on August 30,2017. By letter <br /> dated October 211,2 19 BUNT concurred with the SL-19 Proposed Decision. we interpret this to mean <br /> that TMI is in compliance with all applicable BUNT mineral lease stipulations. <br /> DRI I 's Proposed Decision notes'I MI's compliance with the approved Colorado program at Rule <br /> . .1 h and recommends partial Phase II bond release on 376.1 acres in the Ashmore, East <br /> Flintlock, Flintlock, and Kirnber pits. DR.I IS currently holds a$23,400,000.00 performance bond which <br /> covers the entire minesite. Linder SL-19, DRMS proposes to release$767,029. 2 from reclamation <br /> liability.
