GISP <br /> Re: Trapper SL-19 <br /> Dear Colleagues: <br /> During the bond release inspection for SL-19 on 30 August 2017, rills were observed in parcel <br /> ZA 13. However, during our inspection closure conversations (when we discussed all requests of <br /> the operator to mitigate items), repair of rills in parcel ZA 13 was not discussed. As this was a <br /> Phase II bond release, this parcel will undergo continuous monitoring in the future, and self- <br /> healing of these rills was the expectation. Also, these rills are not expected to impact the <br /> designated land use in this parcel. Subsequent monthly inspections have apparently shown our <br /> expectation to be correct; the rills have been self-healing and the parcel is meeting land use <br /> expectations. The area will continue to undergo periodic monitoring until final Phase III bond <br /> release. <br /> Regarding another matter, confusion over inspection dates has been clarified by DRMS in a revised <br /> findings document for SL-19. The corrected findings have been sent to all interested parties,including OSM, <br /> BLM, and the operator. Also,these findings have been filed in the DRMS imaging system,Laserfiche. <br /> R.
