Box 187 <br /> Craig, CO 81626 <br /> 2 December 2019 <br /> Re: Trapper Mine (Permit No. C 1981-010) <br /> Review of 2019 Q3 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br /> Dear Mr. Roberts: <br /> The Division has received and reviewed 2019 Quarter 3 Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) <br /> for the Trapper Mine. The report covers the period from July through September 2019. The <br /> Discharge Monitoring Report was received by the Division on 18 October 2019. <br /> Trapper submits the DMRs to the Division quarterly, in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). <br /> Trapper reported that three outfalls discharged during the quarter; outfalls 001, 002 and 011. <br /> Trapper reported that no primary effluent limitations were exceeded during the quarter. TDS <br /> values for the active outfalls were reported. <br /> All outfalls have been properly maintained and no ponds exceeded the 60%threshold for sediment <br /> accumulation. <br /> The Division does not have any questions or further comments at this time.
