i a <br /> INSPECTION TOPIC: The inspection report noted several downed"Area Under <br /> Reclamation" signs. <br /> ACTION: On November 19,2019, Mayne Block and Stone installed or re-installed <br /> several"Area Under Reclamation" signs at the reclamation site. These signs were <br /> placed at the north western portion of the permit area along the road, at the blocked <br /> north central access point, at the blocked north eastern access point, at the eastern <br /> portion of the permit area along the road,and at the southern portion of the permit area <br /> along the road.
