Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Fruita Loadout conducted on November 20,2019. The inspection was <br /> completed by Clayton Wein of the Division. No company representative was prresent for the inspection due to the <br /> site being inactive. The weather was cloudy with rain. The temperature was 49 degrees F and the ground <br /> conditions were wet and muddy. <br /> The mine site has not had any mining related activity occur,nor has any disturbances been created to date. No <br /> reclamation activities have occured at the site to date. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The records for the Fruita Loadout are located at the office of J. E. Stover and Associates in Grand <br /> Junction,CO. The records were in good condition and up to date. Please see the Availability of Records form at <br /> the end of this report for more details. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Reed Wash is located at the western portion of the permit boundary. Water was observed to be flowing <br /> through the wash to the Colorado River.No activities have occurred on site;therefore,mining related impacts <br /> have occurred to Reed Wash. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Mine Identification signs are posted at the entrance to the mine site(Photo 1). The signs were in good <br /> condition and displayed the current information regarding the permit number,the operator and the Division.
