Lease Agreement. Landlord and Tenant are parties to a lease agreement dated May 14, <br /> 2019 (the "Lease"), in which Landlord leased to Tenant the land legally described on Exhibit A <br /> to this Memo (the "Lease Premises") located in Weld County, Colorado. <br /> 2. Primary Lease Term. The primary term of the Lease is twenty-one (21) years beginning <br /> on the May 14, 2019. <br /> 3. Renewal Terms. The Lease provides Tenant the right to extend the term of the Lease by <br /> mutual agreement for periods of one (1) year each. <br /> 4. Further Information.
