There are no U.S. <br /> Bureau of Land Management surface or mineral estates involved;therefore,no U.S. Forest Service <br /> permit(s) are required. <br /> • City Zoning and Land-Use Permits <br /> All mining activities are restricted to fee-owned (private) lands and minerals located within <br /> unincorporated portions of Weld County;therefore,no City Zoning and/or Land-Use permit(s)are <br /> required. The planned operations will be subject to Weld County Use By Special Review <br /> permitting requirements and other applicable County requirements, as identified below. <br /> • Discharge Permit(Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment) <br /> The Grading Plan is developed to route runoff into the pits on each side of Ennis Draw. <br /> Containment within the pit "basin(s)" and resultant infiltration will eliminate the potential for <br /> discharge.
