(Tri-State), is the parent <br /> company to Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company <br /> L.P. (Colowyo). Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting three (3) copies of <br /> minor revision 211 (MR-211)to Permit No. C-1981-019. <br /> MR-212 proposes a small crew trailer near the Collom substation to support mining <br /> operations at the Collom Pit. The proposed trailer will be 8'x24', and will be placed directly <br /> adjacent to the Collom substation as shown on the enclosed Map 22B. With this additional <br /> trailer it is requested that the Division provide a revised reclamation cost estimate to include this <br /> trailer in the reclamation activities to occur onsite. <br /> Also included in this minor revision are a revision application and a change of index <br /> sheet to ease incorporation of this revision into the permit document.
