Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Williams Fork; C 1981044,operated by Moffat County Mining LLC. <br /> The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Kevin <br /> Copeland,Williams Fork representative was present throughout the inspection. Temperature was 45 degrees F, <br /> skies were cloudy and the air was clam. <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> o Minor Revision for parcel transfer <br /> o Land Use Change from rangeland/crop to industrial <br /> o Technical Revision for stock tanks and an update to the Reclamation Plan <br /> o SL4 Findings in process (DRMS) <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> None identified at the time of this inspection. <br /> INSPECTION. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted, with all of the facilities demolished in the area along the <br /> Williams Fork River. Remaining facilities include a 60 in culvert at the portal area and an electrical <br /> transfer station that is in the process of being demolished. Work was taking place to spool wire and take <br /> down utilities poles. Topsoil application has taken place throughout the site and seeding took place the <br /> evening before over 30 acres. Approximately 20 acres remain to be seeded. Seeding will occur as soon <br /> as weather permits.
