Exhibit B <br /> l Site Description <br /> OMSM OF REGUIAwIAT'ION <br /> vMIMNG AND SAFETY <br /> 1.)The general vegetation in the area is mainly Sandy Blue Stem, Western Wheat grass, <br /> Prairie sandbreed and Blue Gamma. <br /> 2.) A report from the MRCS is attached. <br /> 3.)There no buildings within 200 feet of the proposed site, however there is the Highline <br /> electric powerlines that run along the south edge of the permitted area. There is also a barbed <br /> wire fence that runs along the East side of the area to be permitted and a small section in the <br /> southeast corner of the proposed area. <br /> 4.) There is a dried up creek bed (Rock Creek) that runs through the northwest corner the <br /> proposed area. There are no other water sources in the area. Water only flows through the <br /> creek after heavy rainfall events in the immediate area. <br />
