ULRICH - ROVEDO OPERATION - EXHIBIT E - MINE PLAN MAP E1 <br /> Exhibit E— Maps—Rule 6.3.5 <br /> ENTRANCE 1 <br /> a) Boundary of Affected Lands (outlined in red) <br /> 1) Mining Area 1—53,575 square feet <br /> FSR 274 2) Mining Area 2—82,002 square feet <br /> DAD'S ACCESS 3) Mining Area 3—82,075 square feet <br /> Total Affected Area —217,580 or 4.99 Acres <br /> b) "Pike National Forest" is the owner of the surface for at least 200 feet in all directions. Jacob <br /> Ulrich and Brent Rovedo (the operators) own the minerals to be extracted (CMC286267 & <br /> _._._._._. CMC285000). There are no permanent or man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected <br /> i area. <br /> MINING AREA 1 ; c) Forest Service Road 274, and two existing non-system roads identified on the map as "BL <br /> Access" and "Dad's Access" will be used in connection with the operation, no significant <br /> ENTRANCE 2 MINING AREA 2 improvements to the non-system roads are required or will be made. Locations of pit <br /> boundaries, topsoil stockpiles, and waste rock stockpiles have not been determined (see mining <br /> description below). Seasonal water run off is shown on the map, there are no stream channels, <br /> 1 <br /> buildings, processing plants, or underground openings. There are no ponds, impoundments, <br /> ._._._._._._- <br /> BLACCESS �"""""' dewatering pumps, diversions, tail or waste disposal areas. <br /> d) Mining (the mineral extraction) will not start in a given place and will not proceed in a <br /> ' particular direction. Various size holes and pits will be dug with hand tools at various locations <br /> ' within each of the mining areas at the approximate rate of 3 cubic yards per day one or two <br /> i days per week. The total of all our mining activities within all three mining areas will not exceed <br /> ' MINING AREA 3 ' 200 cubic yards (topsoil + over burden) and will disturb no more than .15 acres (holes+ all <br /> ' waste piles) of the surface in the course of a mining season. There will be no more than five <br /> L-------------------------- _._.—._._._._._._._._. <br /> holes open at a given time and holes are contemporaneously reclaimed. <br /> BOUNDARY OF CLAIMS/AREA e)There are no significant, valuable, or permanent made-made structures within 200 feet of <br /> UNDER FOREST SERVICE MPO the affected area. <br /> f)The entire 40 acres under claim and permit with the Forest Service (Blue dotted line) has <br /> been mined since the mid 1970's, this area is a known mineral collecting locality. There are <br /> numerous (in excess of 50) existing holes ranging in size from a few square feet to 400 square <br /> feet that have been abandon by other "prospectors."
