EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br /> Rule 6.3.4 (Starts on Page 139 of the Rules) <br /> The purpose of the Reclamation Plan is to describe the timing, procedures, criteria and materials that will be <br /> used to reclaim the affected land to the proposed post-mining land use. Reclamation is required for all affected <br /> lands. This plan must be correlated to Exhibit E -Map. <br /> 1) Primary future(Post-mining) land use (check one): <br /> F Cropland (CR) = Pastureland (PL) F� General Agriculture (GA) <br /> F Rangeland (RL) F71 Forestry (FR) Wildlife Habitat (WL) <br /> Residential (RS) _a Recreation (RC) Industrial/Commercial (IC) <br /> 2) Please provide a general description of how the mined area will be Reclaimed: <br /> holes and pits will be contemporaneously reclaimed using a shovel and rake, vegetation will be <br /> replanted, roa cast seeding will occur, rocks, tallen logs, and berms will be used to prevent erosion. <br /> 3) What will the final grade of the reclaimed slopes (Horizontal:Vertical): n/a H: n/a V <br /> (Note: If the Applicant proposes slopes steeper than 3H: 1 V (example 1H:1 V, 2H: 1 V, etc.),please <br /> include a justification: <br /> the final grade of the reclaimed slope will not change or be significantly different than pre-mining <br /> conditions. this varies in each location. disturbance created typically less than 800 sgft. <br /> a.
