CONSENT TO PERMITTING ACTIVITIES <br /> This Consent is granted by the City of Aurora, whose address is 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, <br /> Suite 3200, Aurora,Colorado, 80012, in favor of Aggregate Industries-WCR, Inc. ("Al"),whose <br /> address is 1687 Cole Boulevard, Suite 300,Golden,CO 80401. <br /> Aurora and Al are parties to a purchase and sale agreement pertaining to gravel pit reservoirs <br /> near Brighton,Colorado, and are in the process of amending said agreement. The parties <br /> contemplate that certain lands now owned by Aurora, and described in Exhibit A hereto (the <br /> "Real Property"),will be mined by Al pursuant to the amended agreement. <br /> Aurora hereby consents to AI's inclusion of the Real Property in all federal, state and local <br /> permit applications necessary for Al to conduct a sand and gravel mining operation on the Real <br /> Property.
