This inspection was conducted by Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining, and Safety(Division). The weather was clear and warm during the inspection. Records <br /> were checked at the Foidel Creek Mine office on 11/14/2019 and the site inspection was conducted on the morning <br /> of 11/15/2019. No cattle were present at the time of inspection. No activity was occuring on site at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> See the DRMS Availability of Records at the end of this report <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Truck Loop pond was holding water but not discharging. The rail loop pond was dry. Culverts and <br /> ditches appeared clear and functional. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> An excavator was present at the parking lot constructed just south of Hwy 40,but not active. The topsoil <br /> pile associated with this parking lot is covered in weeds. If this topsoil pile is to stay in its current location <br /> additional protective measures will be needed and it will need to be seeded with a temporary mix.
