Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete coal mine inspection of the Coal Ridge Mine conducted by Zach Trujillo of Colorado <br /> Division of Reclamation,Mining and Saftey on November 14, 2019. The inspection started with a ground <br /> inspection of the site followed by a records check at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs. The <br /> weather was clear with temperatures around sixty degrees during the inspection. Ground conditions were dry with <br /> partial snow cover along mountain slope. Coal Ridge Mine is currently inactive and no mine represtative <br /> accompanied the inspection. The landowner was informed of the inspection but did not attend. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine's compliance records are at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs, <br /> Colorado. Please see the Division's Availability of Records form at the end of this inspection report for more <br /> details. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—Rule 4.18: <br /> Approximately six of what appeared to be quail were flushed from the upper portion of the site during the <br /> inspection. <br /> Signs of deer were prevalent throughout the site. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3),Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br /> (6)/4.03.2(5) and(6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The remaining road on site was stable.
