In response to your request for additional items for the SaturnX Mine 112 permit, I have put together the
attached items for your review. See attached for the following:
1. Proof of notice published in the Greeley Tribune,published on October 25,November 1, 8, and
15,2019.
2. Proof of mailing and proof of delivery of publication notice to nearby landowners. We have not
received return receipt for all owners. We will notify the Division upon receipt of the remaining
notices.
3. Proof of neighbors listed in the Exhibit O map. This information was pulled from the Weld
County property portal map.
4. Notarized legal right to entry.
