The <br /> inspection was conducted aerially by Harry Raney and the images analyzed and the report prepared by <br /> me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. No mine representative was present as this was an aerial inspection. <br /> Main haul roads appeared in good repair, no hydrologic or air quality issues were detected. The <br /> weather appeared clear. The site exhibited dormant fall vegetation throghout. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> o SL 7 Findings ongoing (DRMS) <br /> INSPECTION: <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Main haul roads were dry and in good repair. No offsite air quality issues or hydrologic impacts were <br /> observed at the time of inspection. Reclamation and vegetation appeared in good condition. <br /> Vegetation was dormant at time of inspection. No expanses of bare areas or significant weed <br /> infestations were noted at time of inspection.
