Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Trapper Mine; permit C 1981010, operated by Trapper Mining Inc. <br /> The inspection was conducted aerially by Harry Ranney Demolition of the site nearly complete, The <br /> inspection was conducted aerially by Harry Ranney; the images were analyzed and the report prepared by <br /> me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Skies appeared clear. Active mining was taking place at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> PERMITTING A CTIONS: <br /> o PR9 Rewrite <br /> o SL20 Phase III Bond Release Findings in progress (DRMS) <br /> OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> 1. Several Elaeagnus angustifolia should be removed around impoundment H. <br /> 2. A delta was identified in Middle Flume Pond and is scheduled for dredging during the winter <br /> of 2019/2020. <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Main haul roads and access roads appeared dry. Two draglines were operating casting spoil, one dragline <br /> was idle. Haul trucks were transporting coal and ash. The inspection focused on activities occurring in <br /> the pit. Contemporaneous reclamation, grading, overburden and topsoil placement have been completed <br /> for the season, and appear to have progressed adequately and as permitted. No offsite air quality or <br /> hydrologic issues were observed at the time of inspection. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3),,Drainage 4.03.1(4)14.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5) <br /> and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7)14.03.2(7) <br /> o Haul roads and access roads appeared dry, in good repair,well maintained and free of ruts, <br /> standing water or ice. <br /> o Ditches appeared to be functioning adequately.
