Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was an partial inspection of the Williams Fork Mine; C 1981044, operated by Moffat County Mining LLC. <br /> The inspection was conducted aerially by Harry Ranney and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the <br /> DRMS. Skies appeared clear. Demolition of the site nearly complete,topsoil and grading along the Williams <br /> Fork River is complete. Seeding has yet to be verified for the area along the Williams Fork River. Backfilling and <br /> grading at the portal continues. Main haul roads appeared in good repair,no offsite hydrologic or air quality <br /> issues were detected in the imagery. The site was free of snow. <br /> UPCOMING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> 0 Phase I, II and III bond release of Utah Track and the Williams Fork strip pit received by DRMS 25 <br /> January 2019 is in progress and pending additional technical revision. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is for the most part complete and performed as permitted, with the facilities demolished. Most ponds <br /> will be reclaimed, as over the course of the year they do not retain water.
