Russell: <br /> We received your correspondence dated October 29,2019 on November 1, 2019 requesting comment under ihc- <br /> State Register of Historic Places Act (CRS 24-80-1 et seq.) for the proposed action. <br /> A search of our database indicates that no properties of historical significance included or nominated for <br /> inclusion in the state register have been recorded within the proposed permit area. I lower er, as tht, permit <br /> involves federal lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management,Royal Oorge Field Office, It is the <br /> responsibility of the BLM to complete consultation under Section 106 of the National I Itstortc Preservation \ct <br /> as set forth in 36 CFR Part 800 ("Protection of Historic Properties"). These duties Include the identification of <br /> anv historic properties (i.e. cultural resources that are eligible to be listed in the National Register of I Itstom <br /> Places)within the area of potential effects and determining whether the undertaking will have an effect ()poll <br /> such properties.
