Hello Tom,
I was able to talk with Odette at the Durango Herald. She was unable to find that the Public Notice for
King Coal Mine C1981-035, TR28 ran on October 2, 2019. She thinks that it was accidentally omitted.
So, she will run it on November 11, 2019, and send me the proof of publication affidavit as soon as it
runs. I am sorry I missed that it had not run earlier.

Thank you for sending that. Sadly, that was just for the completeness. I need the affidavit for the
notice of proposed decision. I believe the Durango Herald should have sent that to the Division. I will
try to contact the Herald again.
