OSMRE hereby concurs with the Proposed Decision in accordance with 30 CFI <br /> 40.1 d and 30 CFR 90 .30, Article IX, Section 24 of the Mate-Federal Cooperative Agreement. <br /> The surface and mineral ownership associated with this bond release is private and federal. The Bureau <br /> of Land Management(BLM) was notified of the SL-16 field inspection by letter dated August 6, 2019 <br /> but could not attend. OSMRE participated in the inspection which was held on September 5, 2019. By <br /> letter dated October 30, 2019 BLM concurred with the SL-16 Proposed Decision, We interpret this to <br /> mean that Tri-State is in compliance with all applicable BLM mineral base stipulations. <br /> DRMS's Proposed Decision notes Tri-Mate's compliance with the approved Colorado program at Rule <br /> 3.03.1 a — c and recommends partial Phase I bond release on 3.3 acres in the East Pit, partial Phase <br /> H bond release on 38.5 acres in the East Pit and South Taylor Pit, and partial Phase I, H, and III bond <br /> release on the permanently retained Gulch A Pond and East Side Collection Ditch. DRMS currently <br /> holds a$108,025,72 1.00 perfoffnance Mond which covers the entire mines ite. Under SL-1 , DIMS <br /> proposes to release $96,418.00 from reclamation liability.
