Construction activities <br /> will begin immediately, pending approval from the DRMS and Teller County Planning <br /> Department. <br /> The core shed is planned to be located in what is currently a parking area next to the Absorption, <br /> Desorption and Recovery 1 Facility and the Carlton Security Building, at the south end of the <br /> property. This location is detailed in Figures 1 and 2. The approximate measurements of the <br /> building are not anticipated to exceed forty feet (width) by one hundred feet (length) by 16 feet <br /> (height); which will be located on top of a six inch concrete slab foundation. Activities within the <br /> core shed will be limited to administrative activities (logging of the core), with no designated <br /> chemicals stored within the building. <br /> The estimated cost for building and slab demolition is $27,025; as shown in Table 1.
