The Silent Hill prospecting operation is located on lands managed by the <br /> US Forest Service (USFS). Therefore, the Division is providing you with notice of the release request <br /> pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Division and USFS. <br /> Currently the Division holds a financial warranty in the amount of$1000.00. The Division will conduct <br /> an inspection of the site when conditions permit to determine if the site has been reclaimed in <br /> accordance with the approved Reclamation Plan and the Hard Rock/Metal Mining Rules. A copy of the <br /> inspection report will be forwarded to your office for review.
