SENECA <br /> Property, LLC Seneca Property, LLC <br /> Robin Reilley October 24,2019 <br /> Division of Reclamation,Mining, and Safety Recewpo <br /> 1313 Sherman Street,Room 215 <br /> Denver, CO 80203 � � <br /> RE: Seneca II West Mine (Permit C-1982-057) DMUN OF HECLAhlATiON <br /> Partial Phase II and Phase III Bond Release Application (SL-6) MININGANp SAFETy <br /> Dear Ms. Reilley, <br /> Pursuant to Rule 3.03.1, Seneca Property,LLC (SPL) is hereby submitting a formal Partial Phase II and <br /> Partial Phase III Bond Release Application for 437.1 acres for Phase III release, and 379.5 acres for Phase II <br /> &III combination,requesting bond release of$2,500,000 but final release to be determined by CDRMS. <br /> This application has been prepared and is submitted in accordance with the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br /> Geology Guidelines Regarding Selected Coal Mine Bond Release Issues(April 18, 1995) and Rule 3.03 Release of <br /> Performance Bonds. <br /> Copies of the letters sent to surface owners within and adjacent to the permit boundary, holders of easements <br /> on the property, and local government bodies providing written notice to seek release are included in this <br /> bond release application package with copies of the certified receipts.The public notice was submitted to the <br /> Steamboat Pilot to run once a week for four consecutive weeks.The first publication date was August 11, <br /> 2019. The proof of publication for the original publication is provided within the application. Due to an <br /> error in acreage a revised publication will be published starting October 27,2019 and new notification letters <br /> were sent out on October 23, 2019.A new proof of publication will be provided once the public notice <br /> finishes its final publication. <br /> Enclosed one hard copy of the Bond Release Application and one digital copy.
