Wisconsin St. <br /> Gunnison, CO 81230 <br /> Re: Concerning access to lands for prospecting and reclamation of disturbances <br /> To CRG Mining LLC, <br /> Fossil Creek Mines LLC, as the legal owner of record of the mining claims within which you propose to <br /> perform mineral prospecting activities, does hereby grant right-of-entry to you to carry out said purpose <br /> and to stabilize and/or reclaim the associated disturbances. It is understood that prospecting activities <br /> will include minor earthwork to reopen historic, collapsed portals, excavate several trenches, establish <br /> new access trails and to construct new drilling sites. <br /> Since these lands may hold mineral value worth seeking and developing in the future, and wishing to <br /> protect our lands yet facilitate our ability to carry out desired future activities, we wish to place these <br /> conditions on the right-of-entry: <br /> 1. CRG Mining LLC will limit the disturbance to that described in the Notice of Intent(NOI); <br /> 2. CRG Mining LLC will construct the roads and drill pads, and excavate the trenches, in a <br /> workmanlike manner and which will not create undue adverse impacts; <br /> 3. CRG Mining LLC will monitor the constructed roads and pads for deterioration, and mitigate any <br /> such deterioration in a timely manner; <br /> 4. CRG Mining LLC will reclaim all prospecting disturbances in a timely and thorough manner, as set <br /> forth in the NOI; and <br /> 5.
