The Di- <br /> vision proposes a partial Phase I Bond Release on <br /> 3.3 acres in the East Pit, a parttal Phase 11 Bond <br /> Release on 38.5 acres in the East and South Taylor <br /> Pits and a partial Phase 1, 11, 11 Bond Release on <br /> 5.2 acres for the East Side Collection Ditch and <br /> Gulch A Pond. <br /> The surface operation is operated by Colowyo Coal <br /> Company L.P_under the provisions of the Colorado <br /> Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. <br /> The bond release application was submitted by <br /> Colowyo Coal Company L.P. on June 26, 2019. <br /> Under SL-16,Colowyo Mine is applying for Phase I <br /> bond release on approximately 3.3 acres, Phase 11 <br /> bond release on approximately 38.5 acres within <br /> the East, Section 16, and South Taylor Pits, and <br /> Phase III bond release on approximately 5.2 acres <br /> that are permanent structures. The affected area <br /> is located in Moffat, Rio Blanco County, approxi- <br /> mately 28 miles South of Craig,Colorado. <br /> Copies of the proposed decision are available for <br /> review at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety office, 1313 Sherman Street, <br /> Room 215,Denver,Colorado 80203,and on the Di- <br /> vision's website at http://mining.state.co.us/Reports <br /> /MiningData/Pages/lmagedDocumentData.aspx.
