This is the sixth <br /> annual dam safety inspection for the facility following the initial (2013) detailed inspections and <br /> dam safety analyses of the facility which are documented in the initial Detailed Inspection Report <br /> (MGC 20141). Specific inspection <br /> results are detailed on the Tailing Dam Inspection Form (Attachment 1), and captioned <br /> Photographs taken during the inspection are included as Attachment 2.
