Exhibit E <br /> Reclamation Plan <br /> The applicant has obtained a proposed reclamation plan from the United States Department of Natural <br /> Resources Conservation Service,attached hereto, which will be followed on the affected property. <br /> Reclamation would occur following the utilization of material found on the entire 185.2-acre site as <br /> stated in the mining plan. <br /> The proposed reclamation plan contains grading information,topsoil information, seeding,fertilizer, <br /> types and varieties of grasses and/or revegetation and grazing information as required in this exhibit. <br /> Post-mining use of the property would consist of grazing after the appropriate time period to establish <br /> reseeding and grass of the property. All banks/slopes will be graded to a final 3H:1V. <br /> The berm that is currently on the southern-most portion of the site is used for sediment control, is <br /> temporary and will be completely removed once mining is complete and vegetation has been <br /> established. Topsoil piles will be seeded within one growing season to protect from erosion. <br />
