Construction activities <br /> will begin immediately, pending approval from the Teller County Planning Department. <br /> The core shed is planned to be located in what is currently a parking area near the south end of the <br /> property. This location is detailed in Figure 1. The approximate measurements of the building are <br /> not anticipated to exceed forty feet(width)by one hundred feet(length)by 16 feet(height);which <br /> will be located on top of a six inch concrete slab foundation. Activities within the core shed will <br /> be limited to administrative activities (logging of the core), with no designated chemicals stored <br /> within the building. <br /> The estimated cost for building and slab demolition is $27,078; as shown in Table 1. This brings <br /> the total of new required financial warranty to $209,518,266; which CC&V will account for out <br /> of the surplus financial warranty.
