PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLISHED NOTICE OF APPLICATION AMENDMENT FILING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO A REGULAR (112) CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS RECLAMATION PERMIT The Walsenburg Sand and Gravel, Co, P.O. Drawer 352 , Walsenburg, CO 81089, has filed an amendment application to a Construction Materials Regular 112 Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for extraction of Construc- tion materials . The proposed mine is known as the Sand Arroyo Pit, (Permit M-1978-283) and is located in or near the SWl/,SW'/, of Section 22 , T-28-S, R-67-W of the 6th P.M. , Huerfano County, Colorado. The date of commencement was 1937 and the proposed date of completion is December 2100 . The proposed future use of the land is rangeland.
