EXHIBIT S <br /> PERMANENT MAN MADE STRUCTURES <br /> Permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of affected <br /> areas are located on all Map Exhibits and their owners are listed <br /> below. The existing roads, power poles and powerline that feeds <br /> the property and shown on the maps are owned by the owners of The <br /> Walsenburg Sand and Gravel Co. . We have a signed structure <br /> agreement for these structures . The Concrete Batch Plant is on <br /> land owned by Mr. & Mrs Vezzani and operated by Custer County <br /> Concrete. The Walsenburg Sand and Gravel, Co. has sent a struc- <br /> ture agreement to the concrete company for the batch plant . A <br /> copy of the proof of mailing receipt for the structure agreement <br /> is attached. No mining in the new permit area will take place <br /> within 200 feet of the listed structure until this is completed <br /> or a Geotechnical Analysis has been provided and approved. <br /> OWNER STRUCTURES <br /> Evelyn&Louis Vezzani owners of Roads,power transmission lines and poles lead- <br /> The Walsenburg Sand and Gravel CO ing to and on the mine. 3-strand wire fence on <br /> east side(existing) <br /> Custer County Concrete Concrete Batch Plant(existing) <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.
