This consti- tutes a reduction in liability for 376.1 acres. Howev- er, the operator did not request to receive the funds. The surface operation is operated by Trapper Mining, Inc. under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The bond release application was submitted by Trapper Mining, Inc. on August 8, 2017. A Phase II bond release request of 376.1 acres of land reclaimed to rangeland. The reclamation,per- formend between 2009 and 2013 comprises the fol- lowing parcels in Ashmore, East Flintlock(Z), Flint- lock and Kimber pits: AB09 Oak, AB12, AB13, FA11, FA12,KA11, KA13,ZA12,ZA13 The affect- ed area is located in Moffat County, approximately 6 miles Southwest of Craig,Colorado.
