The first quarter Sediment Pond Inspection report was received by the <br /> Division on 3 October 2019. <br /> This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. The <br /> inspection took place on 27, and 28 August and 3, 4, 5, 10 and 24 September 2019. <br /> Maintenance issues were addressed and sediment markers in Horse and Deal were installed. It <br /> appears to DRMS that sediment capacity in Horse (55%) and Middle Flume #3 (55%) ponds is <br /> reaching the upper limits. <br /> Sediment level markers were underwater at the following ponds: <br /> 1. East Middle Flume <br /> 2. Johnson #7R, 8R, 9R, and IOR <br /> 3. East Pyeatt #1, 21 3 <br /> 4. Middle Flume #3 <br /> The following ponds were discharging at a rate of less than 1 cubic foot/second: <br /> 1. No Name #2, 4, 5 <br /> 2. Johnson #6, 7R, 8R, 9R, and IOR <br /> 3.
