J&
MOON LAKE ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION P.O.BOX 278 800 WEST HWY 40 ROOSEVELT,UTAH 84066.435.722-5400
To whom it may concern,
Moon Lake Electric was approached by Larry Johnson about a letter stating that we didn't have
any concerns with the old mine road being used as access. The old mine road is located in sections, 2
and 35 townships 3 and 4N range 101W in Colorado. Included is an image of the road with MLEA power
lines shown on it. The power line is running adjacent to the road. MLEA doesn't see an issue with the
road being updated and used as long and the road work is completed as described to MLEA. MLEA was
told that the existing road would be graded and graveled in the existing route and very minimal
widening and elevation changes would occur. If the road is constructed and very rninirnal widening and
raising of the elevation of the road there shouldn't be an issue to use the existing roadway as access.
If there are any damages to structures or road clearance is compromised due to the actions of
Uinta Mining, Uinta Mining is responsible to provide compensation to MLEA to correct the damages.
Sincerely,
STATE OF
COUNTY 0FL1_
t' c
The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me thisF) day of
2019, by ICrY1l't >fC T\ C`.;C(- the Engineering Services Supervisor of Moon Lake
Electric Association, NC.
" 1..'l
a.a Notary PUW-SMte of Utah
KayCee Bennett
i Commission#697218
' My Commission Expkm
Octobw L f• e 31,
1 .r.J
