The Skull Creek Sand Project is located on the North Side of Highway 40, approximately 10 miles east of <br /> Dinosaur, Colorado and 2 X miles west of Massadona, Colorado. Access to the location is off of County <br /> Road 104 to the south. Access Coordinates, UTM WGS84 E: 696083 N: 4459464. County road 95 runs <br /> through the location on the east side of the proposed mining area of the lease. Access Coordinates, <br /> UTM WGS84 E: 697735, N: 4459882. <br /> The location includes 480 acres (permit boundary) of Colorado State lease of which approximately 140 <br /> Acres will be affected by mining, and around 5 acres, mostly an existing "Old Mine Road" of private <br /> property under a right of way agreement for the purpose of access for hauling product from the mine <br /> site. <br /> There are two (2) maps in this exhibit that reflects the location of the project. <br /> 1. Figure 1 is map of the northern portion of state of Colorado with the project location shown. <br /> 2. Figure 2 shows the project location on a 7.5 USGS quadrangle map within Moffatt County <br />
