�® COLORADO <br /> Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety <br /> Department of Natural Resources <br /> September 18, 2019 <br /> Mike Bynum <br /> Colorado Milling Company, LLC <br /> 50 West 100 South Street <br /> Moab, UT 80342 <br /> Re: Gold Hill Mill,Permit No. M-1994-117,Amendment Approval (Revision No.AM-1) <br /> Mr. Bynum: <br /> On September 18, 2019, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) approved the <br /> Amendment application(Revision No.AM-1)submitted to the Division on December 19,2017,addressing <br /> the following: <br /> Increase permit area from 8.4 acres to 9.2 acres to account for installation of a water pipeline from Left <br /> Hand Creek to the Times Mine portal. <br /> The AM-1 approval includes the following stipulation: <br /> Stipulation No. 1: <br /> 1) Prior to commencing with operations at the site, a mine pool drawdown plan [as described in <br /> Item No. 1(a) of the Division's Adequacy Review No. 4 letter, dated May 21, 2019] must be <br /> submitted in the form of a Technical Revision for Division review and approval. <br /> The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br /> 1994-117. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No.M-1994-117 remain in full force and effect. <br /> The Division calculated the required financial warranty for AM-1 to be in the amount of$77,546.00,which <br /> was $21,346.00 more than the previously held financial warranty of$56,200.00. The operator submitted <br /> the additional required financial warranty of$21,346.00 on July 19,2019.
