Boyce has applied for a Subdivision Exemption in order to divide a parcel of land <br /> within the NW1/4SW1/4 Section 35,Township 44 North, Range 11 East to contain 20.85 acres, <br /> according to the plat titled Rosada Ranch Gravel Pit Division of Land,and <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners find the division of land is not within the proposed of <br /> C.R.S. 30-8-10(10)(d), and <br /> WHEREAS,the Saguache County Planning Commission has examined this request at their regular <br /> monthly meeting on August 1, 2019 and having found to reason to deny such a request,voted to <br /> recommend approval as presented,and <br /> WHEREAS,the Saguache County Board of Commissioners in approval of this request has granted <br /> exemption from the Saguache County Subdivision regulations,and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Saguache County Board of Commissioners hereby grant <br /> Joanne S. Boyce a Subdivision Exemption in order to divide a parcel of land within the NW1/4SW1/4 <br /> Section 35,Township 44 North, Range it East containing 20.85 acres according to the plat titled Rosada <br /> Ranch Gravel Pit Division of Land, <br /> AND,property ownership will transfer no later than sixty(60)days from the date of approval, <br /> AND,the landowners agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this resolution and further agree <br /> to sign the same and return within 15 days of the date of approval.
