Spillway and dam outslope appeared <br /> in good repair. <br /> o Pond 6 slopes were well vegetated and stable. No seepage was detected through the <br /> outslope of the dam at the time of inspection. The slump above was noted and stable. <br /> o Pond 16 drop structure appeared to be functioning adequately at the time of inspection. <br /> Banks and spillway were in good repair at the time of inspection. <br /> o Pond 17 was discharging clear water and the drop structure appeared to be functioning <br /> adequately at the time of inspection. <br /> o Constructed drainages appeared stable and to be functioning adequately at the time of <br /> inspection. They appeared well armored. <br /> o Erosional features above culvert were noted as shown below (map 2). <br /> TOPSOIL -Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3;Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> o Topsoil piles, mostly associated with permanent roads and ponds, were observed to be <br /> adequately marked, stable and vegetated. <br /> o As the site has been reclaimed, most topsoil has been utilized throughout the site. <br /> SLIDES and OTHER DAMA GE 4.12 <br /> o The site, in the past, has experienced soil movement in the form of slumps and slides. At the <br /> time of inspection no evidence of recent new movement was apparent at the time of <br /> inspection and historic slide/slump areas appeared stable. <br /> o Pond 6 exhibits a soil slump above it. The slump does not impact the pond at this time and <br /> showed no recent movement.
