On Section 2.05.6(3)page 7, at the top of the page, ERMR states, "NHN will continue to
collect data from the baseline surface water monitoring sites SW-N200, -N201, -N202, -
205, -N207, -N208, and-N209 for the foreseeable future... "
Previously approved Appendix 2.05.6(3)-3 Table 2 shows that site SW-N200 was
previously approved to be "Abandoned". Please remove surface water monitoring site
SW-N200 from the commitment on Section 2.05.6(3) page 7 to bring this page into
agreement with the previous approval.
Response: Reference to surface water monitoring site SW-N200 has been removed from
page 7 of Section 2.05.6(3). In addition to this change, Appendix 2.05.6(3)-3 Table 2 has
been updated to reflect SW-N201, SW-N205 and SW-N212 as "Abandoned" rather than
"Suspended" since no future monitoring is planned for these sites. Section 2.04.7
Hydrology Description, Map 2.04.7-1 Hydrologic Water Monitoring Locations and
Section 2.05.6(3) Protection of the Hydrologic Balance have also been updated to reflect
this change from"Suspended"to "Abandoned".
Also included with this adequacy response package are materials revised in response to your
comments and a change of index sheet to ease incorporation of this material into the permit
document.
