EXHIBIT D RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> The Detroit City Mine will be reclaimed back to the alpine woodland that it was prior to mining. <br /> For areas below treeline, this will involve the restoration of topsoil and revegetation of alpine <br /> grasses. Above treeline this will involve establishing permanently stable slopes and grades. This <br /> revised reclamation plan will reflect the increase in the permit area from 4.99 acres to 10 acres. <br /> 1.
