However, change were made to the permit <br /> file and the DRMS requested a new submittal; therefore, please discard the first <br /> application you received dated August 8, 2019. <br /> Enclosed is a notice for an amendment application to the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining, and Safety for the Regular 112 Hard Rock/Metal Mine Reclamation <br /> Permit for the quarry known as the Bradford Mesa Quarry, located approximately 7 miles <br /> northeast of Walsenburg, CO off County Road 120, Huerfano County, CO. The applicant <br /> is Southway Construction Company, Inc.
